Bakemart, a 100% owned subsidiary of Almarai since March 2021, specializes in delivering premium frozen bakery solutions tailored for today’s fast-paced food service and retail environments. From coffee chains and restaurants to hotels, airlines, caterers, and retail partners, we provide ready-to-bake products that ensure convenience without compromising on quality.
By offering scalable, in-store baking solutions, Bakemart eliminates the need for on-site bakery facilities — enabling our partners to serve fresh, high-quality baked goods with minimal effort, equipment, or waste.

Heritage
Bakemart LLC began in 2003 with a small 4,000 sq. ft. factory in Al Qusais and has since expanded to a 70,000 sq. ft. facility, along with a 90,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility at IMPZ in 2013. From a team of 50, it has grown to over 1,000 employees, supplying its own outlets, supermarkets, airlines, and over 100 four- and five-star hotels. Expanding internationally, Bakemart established production centers in Bahrain in 2009. With a vision to become a global leader, Bakemart continues to pursue growth through strategic new projects.
