In response to the growing emphasis on health in the 21st century, Bakemart introduced gluten-free products in late 2020, anticipating their popularity in the market. Although the initial reception was not as victorious as expected, by September 2021, we implemented a consignment project with six outlets, which proved to be the right approach. Today, we have expanded to 57 outlets, and we anticipate continued growth in the future.
